Jared Marcotte

Software Engineer

Hailing from a tiny vale, nestled in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, Jared brings a joy of nature and web development to NOIEF. He previously worked for IBM, designing software to manage internal business practices, and for Six Apart, creating scalable websites for businesses. His real passion is creating simple, accessible, and effective user-interfaces using established open-source standards and tools. Though he continues to try and replace his social life with Wikipedia, he still enjoys hanging out with real humans.
