Andrew Nazdin

Organizing & Campaigns Team

Title
Director of Youth Programming
Bio

"Andrew's first major organizing endeavor was comprised of organizing 12,000 college students across the state of Maryland to win a nation-leading sustainability plan for the University System of Maryland. In addition to his work with the Maryland Student Climate Coalition, Andrew has worked to fight the climate crisis with organizations like the Sierra Student Coalition, Greenpeace, and 350.org.

At NOI, Andrew is working to identify, train, and activate the nation’s savviest young organizers to either work on the country’s most urgent campaigns, or step up as leaders themselves and run their own campaigns. Off the clock, Andrew can be found riding bikes and reading books in various places around Washington, DC."
