Problem: You’ve got hundreds of emails in your inbox, waiting for a response. You start the quest for “inbox zero” but the emails you respond to are still hanging out in your inbox. This can be deceiving when you log in and see that hundreds of emails are still lingering around - so what's an online organizer to do?
Solution: Check out a Gmail lab called “Send and Archive”, which adds a button that allows you send a reply and archive the conversation with just one click.
In your Gmail window, go to “Labs”. Scroll to “Send and Archive”. Click “Enable” and then click “Save Changes”.
Now you're on way to a clutter-free inbox. Tell us how you deal with email management in the comments on our blog.
